Description: I am writing this letter to appeal to the Commission for a ruling on what I believe constitutes a clear contravention of the Telecommunications Act. This appeal will be based on Part III, Section 27(1) and 27(2). I will also suggest that the Commission has the power under the Act in Part III, Section 35(1) to provide remedy at least until some competition can be provided to consumers in rural areas of Canada.
