Description: Futureway Communications Inc. is in receipt of a Part VII Application by Call-Net Enterprises Inc. (Call-Net), dated 5 June 2001, in which Call-Net requests that the Commission bolster the local exchange win-back rules to close a loop-hole that currently exists. Call-Net argues that the local win-back rules could be, and indeed have been, circumvented by the ILECs in the course of a long distance or Internet service win-back call. Futureway agrees with Call-Net's arguments in its application and agrees that the Commission should grant the requested relief.
