2002/02/06 - TELUS Communications Inc.
Description: In Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-4, the Commission ruled favourably on an application filed on September 26, 2001 by Bell Canada, Aliant Telecom Inc., MTS Communications Inc. and Saskatchewan Telecommunications and granted forbearance to these companies with respect to their provision of international private line ("IPL") services, while retaining the international licensing conditions established by Telecom Decision CRTC 98-17 (and subsequently amended).
