Northwestel is in receipt of a letter from the Yukon Government requesting an extension of the comment period for this tariff filing, specifically until June 20th. Northwestel accepts an extension but submits that a fair and reasonable extension would be June 13th. The Company believes this date would provide adequate time for the Yukon Government to respond to this matter, given that in their May 24th letter they noted that they received the Tariff Notice on May 6th, and would provide time for Northwestel to issue a response to the Yukon Government’s submission, should a response be necessary.
