(“CNOC”) is hereby filing its intervention in the above-cited tariff proceeding whereby Cogeco is introducing a new 250 Mbps Downstream / 20 Mbps Upstream speed tier for its Third Party Internet Access (“TPIA”) service. In support of the proposed rate for this new service, Cogeco has filed an Economic Evaluation dated February 25, 2015 (“Cost Study”).
