Description: Paragraph 251 of Regulatory Framework for Second Price Cap Period, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-34, 30 May 2002 (Decision 2002-34) required that the ILECs file updated cost studies and revised rates for Access Tandem (AT) service by 17 July 2002. Further to this direction, Telus Communications Inc. (TELUS) filed Tariff Notices 494 and 4182 and Aliant Telecom Inc., Bell Canada, MTS Communications Inc. and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (collectively, The Companies) filed an updated AT cost study, together with the resulting revised AT rates. The Companies subsequently revised their updated cost study on 23 July 2002.
