Description: Please find attached for the Commissions approval Schedule C of the MALI executed between Globility Communications Corporation (Globility) and ISP Telecom. The MALI, with schedule C accidentally omitted, was originally submitted to the Commission on 23 March, 2006. As permitted by the Telecommunications Act, Globility and ISP Telecom request that this Schedule C arrangement between the two parties be treated as confidential to prevent any potential damage to the two parties position in the marketplace.
