Description : In accordance with the procedures set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 97-8, Local Competition (“Telecom Decision 97-8”) and Telecom Decision CRTC 2012-396, Notification requirements for competitive local exchange carriers seeking to offer local services in new exchanges, and filing of related documents (“Telecom Decision 2012-396”), Distributel Communications Limited (“Distributel”) hereby notifies the Commission that it has fulfilled its obligations to operate as a Type III CLEC in the exchanges in Quebec identified in the Appendix to this letter (“identified exchanges”).
