Opening of Hearing at 11:02 a.m.
Chairperson: Order please.
Good morning and welcome to this hearing of the Commission. My name is Bram Abramson, I am the Commissioner for the Ontario Region, and I will chair this hearing. With me on the panel are my colleagues, Ellen Desmond, Commissioner for the Atlantic Region and Nunavut as well as Stéphanie Paquette, Commissioner for the Quebec Region. Alexanne Patry is our Hearing Secretary and Michael Ostroff is our Legal Counsel. I invite the Hearing Secretary to present the items on the agenda for today.
