Opening of Hearing at 11:00 a.m.

Good morning and welcome to this hearing of the Commission. My name is Joanne Levy, Commissioner for Manitoba and Saskatchewan and I will chair this hearing. With me on the panel are my colleagues, Nirmala Naidoo, Commissioner for the province of Alberta and the Northwest Territories and Stéphanie Paquette, Commissioner for Quebec. Alexanne Patry will be the Hearing Secretary and Abby Lenner will be the Legal Counsel. I will invite the Hearing Secretary to present the items on the agenda for today.
