Bonjour et bienvenue à cette audience du Conseil. Je m’appelle Alicia Barin. Je suis la Vice-présidente, Radiodiffusion, et je présiderai cette audience. Les autres membres du Comité d’audition sont mes collègues Joanne Levy, conseillère pour les provinces du Manitoba et de la Saskatchewan et Claire Anderson, conseillère pour la province de la Colombie-Britannique et le Yukon.
