Bonjour et bienvenue à cette audience du Conseil. Je m’appelle Alicia Barin. Je suis la Vice-présidente, Radiodiffusion, et je présiderai cette audience. Les autres membres du Comité d’audition sont mes collègues Claire Anderson, conseillère pour la province de la Colombie-Britannique et le Territoire du Yukon et Ellen Desmond, conseillère pour la Région de l’Atlantique et Nunavut. Jade Roy sera la secrétaire de cette audience, et Moïra Létourneau, la conseillère juridique. J’invite la Secrétaire d’audience à présenter l’article à l'ordre du jour.

Le 21 septembre 2022, le Conseil a publié l’avis de consultation de radiodiffusion CRTC 2022-252. Le Conseil a également publié 2022-252-1 le 15 décembre 2022. La demande inscrite à ces avis est examinée aujourd’hui sans la comparution des parties.
