Chairperson: Order please.
Good morning and welcome to this hearing of the Commission. My name is Joanne Levy, Commissioner for Manitoba and Saskatchewan and I will chair this hearing. With me on the panel are my colleagues, Ellen Desmond, Commissioner for the Atlantic Region and Nunavut, and Nirmala Naidoo, Commissioner for Alberta and the Northwest Territories. Alexanne Patry will be the Hearing Secretary and Michel Hogan will be the Legal Counsel. I will invite the Hearing Secretary to present the items on the agenda for today.

On 7 July 2022, the Commission published Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2022-183. The applications referenced in this notice are being considered today without the appearance of the parties.
The Commission has received interventions for some of the applications and they have been placed on the public file of this hearing.
