The Commission received applications from Bell Canada; Télébec, Société en commandite (Télébec); Dryden Municipal Telephone System (DMTS); NorthernTel, Limited Partnership (NorthernTel); Bell Aliant, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant); and Bell MTS, divisions of Bell Canada, all dated 14 July 2026, proposing to withdraw their respective Virtual Co-location Services from Bell Canada’s and Bell MTS’s respective Access Services Tariffs, CRTC 7516 and 24006, and Télébec’s, DMTS’s, NorthernTel’s, and Bell Aliant’s respective General Tariffs, CRTC 25140, 25370, 25510, and 21491.
Commission staff is analyzing these applications.
Consequently, the applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filings.
