The Commission has recently received applications to review and vary aspects of the final rates, terms and conditions established in Telecom Order 2026-77 for aggregated wholesale high-speed access over fibre-to-the-premises facilities.
On 23 July 2026, the Commission received three applications to review and vary Telecom Order 2026-77 from MEKTEL Networks (MEKTEL), a coalition of competitive service providersFootnote 1 (the Coalition), and the Competitive Network Operators of Canada (CNOC).
In the interest of efficiency and timeliness, we are consolidating these applications as follows:
All documents filed under file numbers 8662-C347-202604074 and 8662-T117-202604082 will be consolidated to file number 8662-M78-202604058.
Interested parties may file an intervention in the consolidated process using the file number 8662-M78-202604058 by 27 August 2026.
MEKTEL, the Coalition and CNOC may file replies to interventions by 8 September 2026.
All documents must be received, and not merely sent, by the dates indicated.
