Dear Philippe Gauvin:
The Commission received applications from Navigata Communications Limited, Distributel Communications Limited, and Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc., divisions of Bell Canada, all dated 14 July 2026, proposing to withdraw their respective Access Services Tariffs, CRTC 25670, 21591, and 21500.
Commission staff is analyzing these applications.
Consequently, the applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filings.
