Subject: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 607 – Withdrawal of Residential Services with no Customers and Expired Promotions

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

The Commission received an application dated 3 July 2026 from Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, proposing to withdraw residential access bundles with no customers and expired promotions from its General Tariff, CRTC 21491, its NewTel General Tariff, CRTC 13001, and its NBTel General Tariff, CRTC 12001.

Commission staff is analyzing this application.

Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
