Based on the information the Commission has received, Commission staff informs Freedom Mobile Inc. (Freedom Mobile) that it no longer meets the requirements to remain on the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) list.
Accordingly, Freedom Mobile has been removed from the CRTC’s CLEC registration list and Freedom Mobile is no longer authorized to:
- Provide local switched services as a CLEC provided it continues to meet the requirements set out in Decision 97-8;
- Provide local switched services as a CLEC.
