Subject: Procedural request to suspend the deadline for comments for an application filed by IT2IS inc.
Dear Patrick Désy,
On 4 June 2026, the Commission received a procedural request from Québecor Média inc. (Québecor) seeking a suspension of the deadline for comments on the application filed by IT2IS Inc. (Bravo).
The Commission considers that granting Québecor’s request is appropriate in the circumstances. It would promote procedural fairness by ensuring that parties are not required to comment on the merits of Bravo’s application while the related procedural request remains outstanding. The Commission further considers that granting the request would not unduly prejudice any party or materially delay the proceeding.
Accordingly, by this letter, the Commission approves the suspension of the deadline for comments pending its determination of Bravo’s procedural request.
