Dear Kevin Spelay:
The Commission received applications dated 13 March 2026 from Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) proposing to destandardize DS-0 and DS-1 speeds as part of SaskTel’s Digital Network Access (DNA), Competitor Digital Network (CDN), and Inter-Office Digital Channels services.
Commission staff is analyzing the applications.
As a result, these requests will not be processed before 45 business days after their receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial applications.
