Subject: Proposed changes to Aggregated Wholesale HSA Service, Tariff Item 650.34 of Saskatchewan Telecommunications Competitor Access Tariff (CRTC 21414) - Request for Information
The Commission received Tariff Notice 392 (TN 392) from Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) on 24 March 2026, wherein SaskTel contemplated changes to its Aggregated Wholesale high speed access (HSA) Service, Tariff Item 650.34 of SaskTel’s Competitor Access Tariff (CRTC 21414).
On 6 May 2026, SaskTel submitted a letter to withdraw the aforementioned application. SaskTel stated that since it filed TN 392, the Commission determined final rates for Aggregated Wholesale HSA service, which would require revisions to SaskTel’s application. As such, SaskTel stated that TN 392 needs to be reviewed and revised.
The Commission had not approved the requested changes in TN 392 on an interim or final basis. Accordingly, SaskTel’s request to withdraw TN 392 is appropriate and TN 392 is considered to be withdrawn.
In view of the above, Commission staff confirms that this application, file number TEL 8740-S22-202601046, is now closed.
