Dear Carol Ho:
The Commission received applications dated 11 February 2026 from TELUS Communications Inc. proposing changes to DS-1 Digital Network Access (DNA) and Interexchange (IX) Digital Channels in its Alberta and British Columbia General Tariff, CRTC 21461, and its Quebec General Tariff, CRTC 25080; as well as to DS-1 Competitor Digital Network Access of its Carrier Access Tariff, CRTC 21462.
Commission staff is analyzing these applications.
As a result, these requests will not be processed before 45 business days after their receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial applications.
