Dear Philippe Gauvin:
The Commission received an application dated 14 April 2026 from Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, proposing to withdraw Party Line Services from its General Tariff, CRTC 21491, its Prince Edward Island General Tariff, CRTC 11001, and its Newfoundland and Labrador General Tariff, CRTC 13001.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
