Dear Jacques Lussier:
Based on the information the Commission has received, Commission staff informs Coop Télé-câble Ste-Clotilde-de-Beauce that it no longer meets the requirements to remain on the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) list.
Accordingly, Coop Télé-câble Ste-Clotilde-de-Beauce has been removed from the CRTC’s CLEC registration list and Coop Télé-câble Ste-Clotilde-de-Beauce is no longer authorized to:
- Provide local switched services as a CLEC provided it continues to meet the requirements set out in Decision 97-8;
- Provide local switched services as a CLEC.
