Subject: Procedural Request by the Canadian Union of Public Employees Regarding the Application by TVA Group Inc. - 2026-0033-7
Nathalie Blais,
This letter provides clarification regarding the deadlines for the filing of interventions and replies in relation to the above-noted application, further to the Commission’s letter dated 17 July 2026, approving the procedural request by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) to place two new letters of support from the mayors of Lévis and Québec City on the public record of the proceeding.
Staff wishes to remind parties that, in the context of the above-noted application, it sent a request for information to TVA Group Inc. (TVA) dated 6 May 2026. TVA filed its responses on 20 May 2026. At that time, staff indicated that, once the responses had been filed, all parties to the proceeding would have an opportunity to file comments on the information provided.
Accordingly, following the publication of this staff letter, all interested parties will have a period of five days, from 17 July to 22 July 2026, to file comments exclusively on TVA’s responses to the request for information.
Following this comment period, TVA will have five days, from 22 July to 27 July 2026, to file a reply addressing both the comments filed and the two new letters of support placed on the public record of the proceeding.
A copy of this letter and the related correspondence will be placed on the public record of this proceeding.
