Suspension of deadlines
- The Commission has received three procedural requests in relation to this proceeding, namely from the Forum for Research and Policy in Communications on 8 July 2026, from the Public Interest Advocacy Centre on 10 July 2026, and from TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) on 17 July 2026. Bell Canada and Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (Rogers) also filed submissions in response to these requests.
- As parties named to this proceeding, Bell Canada, Rogers, and TELUS were directed to make submissions that address the issues set out in this proceeding by 30 July 2026. Interventions were also to be filed by 30 July 2026.
- To ensure that parties have sufficient time to consider the Commission’s determinations on these procedural requests in their submissions and interventions, the Commission temporarily suspends the deadlines outlined in this proceeding. The Commission will announce new deadlines as part of these determinations.
