CKMX Calgary and its transmitter CFVP-SW Calgary – Revocation of licence

1. Bell Media Inc. has requested the revocation, effective immediately, of its broadcasting licence for the English-language commercial radio programming undertaking CKMX Calgary and its transmitter, CFVP-SW Calgary, Alberta, last renewed in Broadcasting Decision 2020-407.
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(f) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Bell Media Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
