Subject: Letter addressed to the Deaf Wireless Canada Consultative Committee – Request for Extension to File Costs Application – Broadcasting and Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2025-94
Dear Jeffrey Beatty,
We are following up on a request from Deaf Wireless Canada Consultative Committee (DWCC), dated 16 December 2025, for an extension to file an application for final costs with the Commission in this above noted proceeding to 22 December 2025. In DWCC’s letter, it indicated that due to illness affecting two contributors during the final stages of preparation, additional time is required to complete internal reconciliation, verification of timesheets, and final review.
Commission staff are in receipt of the request, and it will be considered by the Commission along with the application.
Commission staff would like to remind DWCC that, to ensure that those most affected by a document are aware that it has been filed, it is important to serve all other parties to the proceeding.
A copy of this letter is to be added to the public record of the proceeding for the sake of transparency to those following the file.
