Subject: Vidéotron Tariff Notice (TN) 66 – Withdrawal and destandardization of TPIA speeds
On 9 October 2025, the Commission received an application (Tariff Notice [TN] 66) from Quebecor Media inc., carrying on business as Vidéotron ltée (Vidéotron), proposing changes to it’s General Tariff CRTC 26950 regarding Third-Party Internet Access.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a decision by the end of March 2026.
