Subject: Application for costs award with respect to Rogers’ Part 1 Application regarding TSPs’ contributions to the National Contribution Fund with respect to the Broadband Fund
Dear Geoff White:
On 8 October 2025, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission received an application for costs from the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) with respect to its participation in Rogers’ Part 1 Application regarding TSPs’ contributions to the National Contribution Fund with respect to the Broadband Fund.
The purpose of this letter is to request information from PIAC regarding its application for costs. PIAC is asked to confirm the rate, hours, and total for Geoff White’s legal fees under the summary of fees claimed in Form 1. PIAC is also asked to confirm Geoff White’s legal fees against the fees listed in the table of total fees and disbursements.
PIAC is requested to provide the information requested above no later than 10 November 2025.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
