Dear Imran Khan:
On 19 August 2025, the Commission received an application from Northwestel, proposing changes to Item 503 – Charge-A-Call Telephone Service of its General Tariff CRTC 3001, to withdraw the Charge-A-Call Telephone Service.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
