Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 21 July 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada, under Tariff Notice 7721, requesting approval to withdraw the Presence Aware feature of its Single Number Reach service, listed under its General Tariff, CRTC 6716, Item 2185.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
