Dear Imran Khan:
On 17 July 2025, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc., under Tariff Notice 1259, requesting approval to withdraw Item 1119 – 10 Mbps LAN Interconnection Service of its Private Wire Service Tariff, CRTC 3003.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
