Dear Jeffrey Beatty,
Commission staff is in receipt of a request from Deaf Wireless Canada Consultative Committee (DWCC), dated 6 September 2025, to withdraw from the record a letter it filed on 31 August 2025 in this above noted proceeding. DWCC stated that the issue raised in that letter has since been resolved amongst the parties involved without the intervention of the Commission and it no longer wishes its procedural request to be on the record.
The letter has been removed. A copy of this letter is to be added to the public record of the proceeding for the sake of transparency to those following the file.
