On 10 June 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing the withdrawal of Cooptel's call management service.
Commission staff is currently analyzing this application. As a result, this application will not be processed within 45 working days of receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
