Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7723 – Introduce new Special Facility Service for Satellite Access

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 18 July 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing changes to Bell Canada's Special Facilities Tariff (SFT), CRTC 7396, Item D31 – Satellite Access to introduce Item D31(t) – Large Customer Satellite Access (LCSA).

Commission staff is analyzing this application.

Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
