Subject: CityWest Tariff Notice 125 – Withdrawal of Billing and Collection Service
Dear Jennifer Lowson:
On 20 May 2025, the Commission received an application from City West Cable & Telephone Corp. ("CityWest") under Tariff Notice 125. CityWest is requesting Commission approval to withdraw its Billing and Collection Service – Type 2, which is currently described in Items 2-24 and 2-25 of its General Tariff CRTC 25700.
Commission staff is analyzing this application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application
