Subject: NorthernTel Tariff Notice 427 – Destandardization of Residential Services
Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 9 May 2025, the Commission received an application from NorthernTel, a division of Bell Canada, under Tariff Notice 427, requesting approval to destandardize 13 residential services and service options under its General Tariff CRTC 25510, affecting sections N140, N260, and N490.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application
