Subject: TELUS Communications Inc. Tariff Notices 603 and 675 – Withdrawal of Service Improvement Plan (SIP)

Dear Carol Ho:

On 27 June 2025, the Commission received two applications from TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) proposing changes to its General Tariffs. Specifically, TELUS proposed to withdraw the following tariff items:

  1. Tariff Notice 603: CRTC 21461 – Item 204, Service Improvement Plan (SIP) for Unserved Premises, for the Company’s territories in Alberta (‘’AB’’) and British Columbia (‘’BC’’)
  2. Tariff Notice 675: CRTC 25080 – Item 2.15.10, Plan d'amélioration du service (PAS) 2002-2005, and Item 2.15.11, Programme de versement échelonnés (PVE), for the Company’s territory in Quebec (‘’QC’’)

Commission staff is analyzing this application.

Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
