Mr. Harren,
On 8 July 2025, the Commission received a letter from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) requesting an extension of four weeks to the 9 July 2025 deadline for responses to a request for information issued 18 June 2025. CAMH indicates the extension would ensure its responses effectively address the questions and give it sufficient time to provide the data requested.
The Commission staff considers that an extension would ensure that the responses to the request for information are complete, which supports the development of a fulsome record of the proceeding.
Accordingly, the deadline for CAMH to respond to the request for information will be extended to 6 August 2025.
Parties may file replies with the Commission no later than 13 August 2025, limited to comments on CAMH’s responses to the request for information.
