On 30 April 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada (Bell) under Tariff Notice (TN) 7716, requesting approval to destandardize DS-1 Access service under its Access Services Tariff, CRTC 7516, Item 130 – Competitor Digital Network (CDN) Service.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application
