Subject: Eastlink Tariff Notice (TN) 48 – Third Party Internet Access (TPIA) Clarification and Destandardization

On 10 March 2025, the Commission received an application (Tariff Notice [TN] 48) from Bragg Communications Inc. carrying on business as Eastlink (Eastlink), proposing changes to it’s Third Party Internet Access (TPIA) Tariff CRTC 21271.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a decision by the end of July 2025.
