On 20 February 2025, the Commission received an application from The North Frontenac Telephone Corporation Limited (NFTC), proposing changes to its General Tariff, CRTC 25480, to sections 50, 60, 800 and introducing a new section 810, which sets out the terms, conditions and monthly rates for pole and strand rental in its incumbent operating territory.
Commission staff is still analyzing the application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
