Subject: Procedural Request: Request for Information in Part 1 application, 2024-0643-8
Dear Marc Nanni,
This is further to your procedural request dated 28 April 2025 for a request for information, specifically to CCTS and InnSys. Your request was received during the RFI process that CRTC staff had issued to the CCTS.
You indicated that the questions detailed in your request are “to add clarity and understanding of the whole situation with small service providers.”
However, we have not invited parties to this proceeding to issue questions to one another. It would also not be appropriate in the context of this Part 1 Application for parties to cross examine the responses of other parties.
We invite you to share your comments on the responses CCTS provided to the RFIs. We would like to reiterate the instruction provided as part of the RFI process: The responses must be limited to responding to the RFI and cannot introduce any new topics.
I would like to highlight the deadline to reply to the RFI responses is 9 May 2025 for intervenors (CanWISP, ITPA, CTA, Marc Nanni)
INNSYS will be then given until 23 May 2025 to provide a final reply.
Based on the above, Commission staff denies the request for information.
Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Luke Smith at luke.smith@crtc.gc.ca
Yours sincerely,
Nanao Kachi
