On 3 February 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada, proposing changes to its General Tariff, CRTC 6716, in relation to Item 12, Service Provided in Out-of-Footprint Territory.
Commission staff is still analyzing the application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
