Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 23 January 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada to withdraw the Message Rate Individual Line option for business customers from its General Tariff, CRTC 6716, Item 70, Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange (Local) Service.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application
