Subject: Extension request for the Request for information to CCTS regarding matters raised in Part 1 application, 2024-0643-8
Dear Janet Lo,
This is further to your procedural request dated 25 March 2025 for an extension of 25 days to submit a reply to Commission staff’s Request for Information (RFI) associated with Part 1 application 2024-0643-8 dated 24 March 2025.
CCTS staff indicated in its procedural request that the information requested by Commission staff is not readily available and it would need to manually reconstruct three years of financial and complaints data to extract the information.
Based on the above, Commission staff approves the request for the extension to 25th April 2025.
As a result, the deadlines associated with this request are being modified as follows:
- Deadline for the CCTS to answer questions: 25 April 2025.
- Deadline for intervening parties (CanWISP, ITPA, CTA, Marc Nanni) to respond: 9 May 2025.
- Deadline for InnSys Inc. to submit a final reply: 23 May 2025
