Subject: Bell Canada Procedural request for Part 1 - Application by Iristel Inc. for interim and final relief in response to a disconnection notice
Dear Kate Southwell and Samer Bishay,
This letter addresses Bell Canada's (Bell) procedural request to amend the deadline for Iristel Inc. (Iristel) to file its reply on the requested final relief. Specifically, Bell filed its full response to both the interim and final relief sought by Iristel and requested that the deadline for Iristel’s reply on all issues raised in its application be moved from 17 April 2025 to 21 March 2025.
No party objected to shorter submission timelines. A timely decision is important in this case. However, interested persons should also have the opportunity to provide comments to enable a more fulsome record. Therefore, all interventions are to be filed by 27 March 2025 serving a copy on Iristel. Reply comments from Iristel are to be filed by no later than 1 April 2025. Documents are to be received, and not merely sent, by these dates.
