Dear Imran Khan:
On 26 November 2024, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 3001 in relation to i) Item 301, Service Charges and ii) Item 1735 Terrestrial Internet Services.
Commission staff is still analyzing the application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
