This letter relates to your Part 1 application (public process number: 2025-0485-2).
It has come to our attention that, as part of your application, you also submitted an e-mail, dated 20 September 2025, which includes your address and email address, as required under section 22 of the CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure (the Rules). However, that e-mail was not placed on the public record at the time of filing.
Having reviewed your submission, Commission staff will now be adding that document to the public record on the Commission’s website, pursuant to section 23 of the Rules, to ensure the record is complete.
In order to provide the opportunity to comment on this new document, the deadline for submission of interventions on process 2025-0485-2 will be extended to 3 December 2025.
You will now have until 15 December 2025 to file your reply.
A copy of this letter will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
